# 16 手机端测试响铃功能时,找不到响铃的按键

正常手机端响铃按键在如下位置
|
||
|
||

|
||
|
||

||
|
||
有的客户测试的时候说是手机端UI上找不到 Ring Right或者是Ring Left的按键
|
||
|
||
很可能是客户注册model id的时候没有勾选Support Ring Device
|
||
|
||

如果确定model id 配置的没有问题,并且有勾选 Support Ringing Device, 可以查看log看手机有没有来查询Active Components
|
