# 14 Initialize fast pair service failed

Google一开始的答复是我们的测试账号没有加入test group, 但是我们的测试账号是已经加入到test group的
|
||
|
||
后面樊晨换个手机测试又复现不到了，
|
||
|
||
但是后面再测试 GG09(pixel4xl), GG27(pixel6) 复现概率也还是很高的，并且复现之后很长一段时间不能测试
|
||
|
||
不知道是不是和Google网络有关系
|

This is the first time I've encountered this specific kind of issue.\

I recall you mentioning that it started suddenly during your testing.\

||
Therefore, it might not be related to the factory reset scenario as described in <a href="https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/409388435#comment6" class="external-link" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration: none;">b/409388435#comment6</a>.

You've only encountered this issue recently, right?\

||
Is it possible you've made any recent changes to your Wi-Fi connection settings?\
|
||
For example, a firewall setting?\
|
||
I suspect such a change could be affecting the synchronization with the GMS server.
