# 1 gfps/finder 如何清除配对信息
|

|
||
**耳机端：**
|
||
|
||
需要做factory reset
|
||
|
||
\
|
||
|
||
**手机端：**
|
||
|
||
1.查看手机setting-》connected devices 里面是否有配对信息，如果有请清掉对应的配对信息
|
||
|
||
- Forget the connected device on Bluetooth setting.
|
||
|
||
2.查看手机setting-》google-》Devices&sharing-\>Devices-\>Saved devices 里面是否有配对信息，如果有也请清掉
|
||
|
||
- Go to **Settings \> Google \> Devices & sharing (or Device connections) \> Devices \> Saved devices**. Turn off the 'Automatically save devices' and back to the previous page then Turn On the 'Automatically save devices' again and you will see the below result appear 'No devices'.
|
||
|
||
3.Find my device APP里面查看是否存在已经配对过的耳机设备，如果有请remove掉对应的耳机设备，可以参考[Test case4：Unprovisioning 测试视频](/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=387094681)
|
||

||
4.重启手机
|
