# 手机不连legacy profile

#### <span style="color: rgb(23,43,77);">Note: 首先查看设备端log是否有什么异常， 如果确定设备端log一切正常, 麻烦check以下原因：</span>

#### 原因1：可能是手机系统蓝牙出了问题，setting界面 system\>reset options\>reset Bluetooth & wifi  , 然后重启手机试试看

#### 原因2：如果设备端不支援LEA，和支援LEA的手机对测，发现手机不连legacy profile， 需要打开 legacy CTKD LE 的功能(已确认原因5修正之后，不需要打开CTKD也可以正常连legacy profile)

#### 原因3： 如果设备端支援LEA，和不支援LEA的手机对测，发现手机不连legacy profile， 需要关闭 legacy CTKD LE 的功能，这个是Google的bug，(只有Android 12 复现)

#### 原因4：测试账号连的设备太多了，需要定期清除

##### 4.1 setting界面清掉所有的配对信息 <a href="https://wiki.realtek.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=401291585" rel="nofollow">1 gfps/finder 如何清除配对信息 - BT_Market - WIKI</a>

##### <span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">**4.2 Go to `Settings > Google > All services > Devices > Saved devices：`**</span>

###### <span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">**       4.2.1 Toggle off `Automatically saved devices`**</span>

###### <span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">**       4.2.2 Wait for about 3 hours, toggling on again.**</span>

###### <span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">**       4.2.3 Try to do the test again and see if this issue still happens.**</span>

#### 原因5： 设备不支援Lea,  Pixel 7 (Android 16) Initial Pair fail， 手机不连legacy profile(原因是设备不支援lea,但是有配置lea的cod),**<span style="color: rgb(255,0,255);">不确定这个问题修正之后，是不是 原因2就不用开CTKD做workaround了((已确认原因5修正之后，原因2不需要打开CTKD也可以正常连legacy profile))</span>**

143724点击gfps弹窗连接，143745显示连接成功，切到setting端则显示未连接上

需要check以下地方：
