Retroactive Pair test fail--提示"Get account key fail"
问题分析:

可以通过nrf connect APP 查看一下广播数据,如果广播数据中含有 model id 信息,说明耳机是处于pairing mode 的:
如果广播数据中不包含model id 信息,说明耳机并未处于pairing mode:
2.如果确认此时耳机确实不在pairing mode,手机靠近耳机试试看

3.如果还是不行,可能是手机端的蓝牙状态没有恢复,可以尝试重启手机,重新执行Retroactive Pair 测项

4 如果还是不行,执行以下操作, 注意以下操作一定要等下班之后再操作, 因为很多人都在用这个账号, 以防中间又被哪位测试同仁给打开了

forget headset from the Phone
go to "Settings -> Google -> Device & sharing -> Devices -> Saved devices"
toggle OFF "Automatically save devices" (this deletes all the FastPair devices from footprints)
wait for 3 hours for the recon sync to be triggered (it's handled by a job scheduler)
go to "Settings -> Google -> Device & sharing -> Devices -> Saved devices"
toggle ON "Automatically save devices" (since all the devices are deleted from footprints, it's empty)
do initial pair with a headset
go to "Settings -> Google -> Device & sharing -> Devices -> Saved devices"
see if the newly paired headset is shown in the Saved devices list
5.如果还是有问题,请抓取耳机及手机端的log以及air log还有测试失败的截图,并且记录关键步骤以及对应的时间点
