# get account key fail -- Geller read failed.

This is the known issue that the testing account paired with too many providers so the footprints exceed the limit, which often happens on QA's phone. Please reset the footprints by:

- Forget all the devices.
- Go to `Settings > Google > All services > Devices > Saved devices`
- Toggle off `Automatically saved devices`
- Wait for about 3 hours, toggling on again.
- Try to do the test again and see if this issue still happens.
