测试把legacy CTKD LE关掉就可以

这个问题Google最终给出的解决方案是：

device console 上面会提供一个选项 “是否支援 legacy CTKD le功能”，

如果客户注册model id的时候有勾选这个功能，

Android 12 的pixel手机扫到这个model id对应的设备之后就不会弹窗出来，客户需要去setting界面配对
