#### 1.确保此时耳机是否在打non discoverable adv(**即确保耳机不在pairing mode**)

可以通过nrf connect APP 查看一下广播数据，如果广播数据中含有 model id 信息，说明耳机是处于pairing mode 的：

如果广播数据中不包含model id 信息，说明耳机并未处于pairing mode：

#### 2.如果确认此时耳机确实不在pairing mode，手机靠近耳机试试看

#### 3.如果还是不行，可能是手机端的蓝牙状态没有恢复，可以尝试重启手机，重新执行Retroactive Pair 测项

forget headset from the Phone  \
go to "Settings -\> Google -\> Device & sharing -\> Devices -\> Saved devices"  \
toggle OFF "Automatically save devices" (this deletes all the FastPair devices from footprints)  \
wait for 3 hours for the recon sync to be triggered (it's handled by a job scheduler)  \
go to "Settings -\> Google -\> Device & sharing -\> Devices -\> Saved devices"  \
toggle ON "Automatically save devices" (since all the devices are deleted from footprints, it's empty)  \
do initial pair with a headset  \
go to "Settings -\> Google -\> Device & sharing -\> Devices -\> Saved devices"  \
see if the newly paired headset is shown in the Saved devices list  

#### 5.如果还是有问题，请抓取耳机及手机端的log以及air log还有测试失败的截图，并且记录关键步骤以及对应的时间点
