耳机和phone B配对 不连附耳的原因是附耳没有enable le audio广播，请帮忙看看是否和recovery link有关

目前b2s link number是2， mtc_db.device.max_conn_num也是2，code就走到 mtc_terminate_cis()了

**解决办法：**
