# 6 同一个手机搭配RTK耳机不会弹窗，搭配竞品耳机可以弹窗
1.首先确认model id是不是在Google网站上成功注册的model id。[model_id 注册](/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=157379126)
2.原因可能是用户注册的model id是debug model id 尚未通过Google认证，如果要使用这个model id  需要手机端enable以下这个功能：
